Working with the Obama campaign, The Spoken Hub developed a
"Neighborhood Organizing" tool that allowed the campaign to deliver
localized messages from local voices at scale. Using the tool, the
campaign could send out introductory voice messages from its
principals and from other voices of the campaign's choosing. The voice
messages then asked called parties to use key-presses to identify
themselves as supporters who might either wish to join the campaign in
their neighborhoods or to identify themselves as event attendees. The
Organizing tool then enabled local organizers to deliver local
messages in their own voices with information on a particular
neighborhood's activities or specific events.
